Welcome to Ixchel Caribe Foundation

Impacting Lives Since 2020

We’re committed to nurturing potential and transforming lives.

Today, 49% - almost half of all Belizean children live in multidimensional poverty. The average annual income is $6,630 per person while UNICEF/ECLAC estimates that 6 out of 10 children in Belize lack at least one of the basic needs that include adequate housing and access to education.

The Ixchel Caribe Foundation, Inc. aims to target multidimensional poverty. We believe in empowering women and children in the pillars of education, medical and mental health, and social services.

What’s new at Ixchel?

This Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2024, the Ixchel Caribe Foundation is rallying support to bring life-changing aid to underprivileged children, single moms, and seniors in Belize. Through your generosity, we aim to secure a $5,000 matching donation from Givebutter by raising $1,000 for this campaign. Every dollar you donate could be doubled, allowing us to provide food, essential supplies, and opportunities to those who need it most.
